Arvind Swatch is the Founder & CEO of ArsevMedia, a Chicago-based digital marketing and web design agency specializing in contractor-focused businesses, including roofing, exterior remodeling, plumbing and other services. With a background that blends hands-on creative production and performance-driven marketing, Arvind helps service-based companies build digital assets that generate real, measurable growth.

Arvind Swatch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where he developed a strong foundation in consumer behavior, branding, and digital marketing strategy. During and after his academic career, he focused on applying theory to real world execution, particularly within service based and contractor driven industries.
Following graduation, Arvind began working closely with roofing companies, gaining first hand exposure to the challenges contractors face with online visibility, lead quality, and outdated digital infrastructure. Rather than relying on generic marketing tactics, he immersed himself in the industry, learning how homeowners search for services, how trust is built online, and how marketing directly impacts revenue for local businesses.
Arvind has over 10 years of experience in SEO, PPC management, and website design. He also holds numerous industry certifications and continues to stay closely involved in hands on strategy and execution at ArsevMedia.
